A: 85 x 60mm and 100 x 75mm, It is designed to set a standard setout of 200mm from top and bottom of the door and provide 3mm door head gap as the 2mm door clearance so it will not bind when closed.

A: They work on all timber doors from 35mm thick and up and any length.

A: Most of the time the template will be used on unassembled door jambs and can also be used on installed door jambs by just removing the rail on the template and screwing the template with the washer and supplied screws to the jamb.

A: Use 2 small quick release clamps to secure template before cutting out.
